1. Right of Return

• You can return your items within 14 days of receipt.

• The returned products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

2. Excluded Products

• Opened, used, or no longer saleable for hygienic reasons products (e.g., skincare products) cannot be returned.

• Promotional or sale items are subject to the respective return conditions specified.

3. Return Process

1. Send your return request in writing to info@sinoz.ch.

2. After your request is approved, you will receive the return address and further information.

3. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or arrived damaged. In this case, Sinoz covers the shipping costs.

4. Processing the Refund

• After receipt of the goods, the return will be inspected, and the refund will be approved within 7 business days.

• The refund will be made using the payment method used during the order.
